Our task contains the scheduling of operations and the development of manufacturing aids for the production of the chair series as well as the recording of the processing times.

In the operations scheduling we handle the preparation of work schedules and parts lists which are to be formed so that they can vary according to different tasks. Furthermore we define the construction of the chair frame and leg for which we also create all necessary drawings.

In the development of the manufacturing aids we produce the required stencils for the necessary drilling and shaping-jobs.

All activities during the project phase, lists as well as drawings, are documented in parallel in written form (documentation).

The project ends with the delivery of the documentation and a presentation of the results
